MyVault is a personal finance tool that uses artificial intelligence to parse bank statements, categorize transactions, and provide financial analytics and insights. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MyVault only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not upload documents that do not belong to you, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated systems to scrape or overload the platform.
4. Financial Disclaimer
MyVault does not provide financial advice. The analytics, categorizations, and AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
5. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy in parsing and categorizing your financial data, AI-based processing may occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of parsed transactions and should not rely solely on MyVault's output for critical financial decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
